Overview

CEIS Power is seeking a Welder Helper with 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing shop environment or completion of a welding program. This position is on a contract-to-hire basis and our client, an industrial manufacturing and service company, is looking for a motivated individual to join their fast-paced growing team.

Responsibilities

• Support experienced welders and fitters while learning and increasing knowledge in the craft.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in a manufacturing shop environment or completion of a welding program.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols.
• Strong understanding of welding procedures, fit-up, and fabrication practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
