They are seeking Maintenance Millwrights for long-term maintenance in Pasadena, TX, focusing on troubleshooting, overhauling, and installing rotating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, overhaul, and install rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, steam turbines, gearboxes, electric motors, fans, and blowers.
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Dismantle machines and move machinery and equipment.
• Assemble and install equipment such as shafting, conveyors, and turbines.
• Align machines and equipment using reverse alignment method.
• Repair and lubricate machines and equipment.
• Maintain thorough recordkeeping, including as-found and as-left clearances.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 4 years work experience as a Millwright.
• Previous maintenance experience is required.
• Experience with single stage steam turbine maintenance is a plus.
• NCCER certification is preferred.
• Must be local to the Houston area as no per diem or relocation is available.
• Background check and drug test required.
