Job Description

Is this you?

Do you thrive on tracking down the cause of a mechanical fault? Are you equally comfortable turning a wrench and running the line to validate a fix? If that sounds right, read on.

Your impact

Keep equipment healthy: install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of mechanical systems. Diagnose issues quickly to keep production efficient and on schedule. Operate machinery during repair and jump into operational tasks when needed. Balance independent work with teamwork alongside experienced maintenance technicians.

Readiness checklist

High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to pass required assessment test(s). Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience—or formal education—in print reading and troubleshooting. Comfort with rotating schedules, including weekends, plus overtime when required.

Safety is non‑negotiable

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines without exception. Wear the full set of PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, hearing protection, protective clothing, and boots with metatarsal protection. Be prepared for an industrial environment that can be hot, cold, dirty, greasy, wet, or noisy.
