Overview

Nickerson Talent Solutions is hiring experienced Aircraft Structures and Sheet Metal Mechanics to support an exciting A-4 Aircraft Return to Service Program in Mesa, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Perform aircraft structural repairs, modifications, and sheet metal work
• Fabricate, fit, and install structural components
• Complete riveting, drilling, fastener installation, and corrosion repairs
• Interpret blueprints, SRMs, and engineering drawings
• Support heavy maintenance, refurbishment, and return-to-service activities
• Complete maintenance documentation while ensuring quality and compliance

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
• 5+ years of aircraft structures and sheet metal experience
• Experience with heavy maintenance, MRO, modifications, or Return to Service programs
• FAA A&P License is a plus but not required
• Military aircraft experience is highly valued
• Experience on A-4, F-16, F-15, F/A-18, C-130, KC-135, or similar military aircraft is highly preferred
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Domestic and international travel may be required
