Overview

The Bridal Fitter/Pinner is a crucial role at TIW, responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, managing garment fittings, scheduling appointments, and ensuring high-quality presentations of bridal gowns.

Responsibilities

• Engage energetically with clients.
• Support escalated clients by finding solutions.
• Review and verify all documents and contracts for accuracy.
• Document fittings with photos and written communications.
• Identify and document fitting room opportunities.
• Plan and organize appointments and project queues for team efficiency.
• Assist in time management of projects to ensure timely completion.
• Make recommendations for future staffing needs.
• Provide scheduling recommendations to the General Manager.
• Demonstrate high levels of service and mentor the team.
• Communicate with Alterations Specialists for accurate alterations.
• Schedule future alteration appointments using TIW's scheduling formula.
• Perform level 3 alterations skillset.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean garments.
• Inspect garments using the White glove guide for quality and cleanliness.

Requirements

• 3 years of tailoring experience (preferred).
• 5 years of time management experience (preferred).
• 5 years of quality control experience (preferred).
• Ability to relate to a range of people.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of frequently used software.
• Sound judgment with prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Resourceful with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to delegate work and ensure accountability.
• Ability to provide effective feedback to improve processes.
