Overview

The Social Media Bridal Fitter role is crucial for daily operations at TIW, focusing on providing excellent client experiences, managing garment fittings, creating educational content for social media, and ensuring high standards of gown presentation.

Responsibilities

• Energetically approach and engage with clients.
• Support escalated clients by finding solutions.
• Review and verify all documents and contracts are accurate and validated by the client.
• Document fittings with photos and written communications.
• Plan and organize appointments and project queues for team efficiency.
• Help manage projects to ensure timely completion.
• Make recommendations for future staffing needs.
• Provide scheduling recommendations for the General Manager.
• Demonstrate a high level of service and mentor the team.
• Communicate with Alterations Specialists to ensure accurate alterations.
• Schedule future alteration appointments using the TIW scheduling formula.
• Perform level 3 alterations skillset.
• Press, steam, and spot-clean garments.
• Inspect garments and verify alterations quality before final delivery.

Requirements

• 3 years of tailoring experience (preferred).
• 5 years of time management experience (preferred).
• 5 years of quality control experience (preferred).
• Ability to relate to a range of people.
• Time-management skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to be in front of a camera.
• Creativity for social media ideas.
• Planning and organization skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of frequently used software.
• Sound judgment with prioritization and decision-making.
• Resourcefulness in resolving complex problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to delegate work and ensure accountability.
