Overview

Silvi Materials is seeking a Carpenter/Handyman to perform various maintenance tasks including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work. The role involves ensuring the facilities are well-maintained and requires strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete numerous tasks in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Perform maintenance and repairs in a well-organized manner.
• Obtain, store, record, safeguard, and properly use equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Maintain a safe, clean working area.
• Drive a vehicle as needed.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• At least 2 years of similar work experience.
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment.
• Deadline-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Graduation from a technical or skills trades school preferred but not required.

Additional Information

• Work schedule is 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
• Location is Morrisville, PA.
