Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various mechanical systems, as well as handling general building maintenance and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine PMs, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
  • Handle general building maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and safety inspections.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, OSHA standards, and LOTO procedures.
  • Track maintenance records and work orders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance/electro-mechanical experience.
  • High School diploma required; technical certification preferred.
  • Ability to read schematics/manuals.
  • Electrical experience (480V, 3-phase, PLCs, VFDs) is a major plus.
  • Manufacturing experience is a must.
