Overview

The Handfinisher, Assoc. (Contractor) position involves de-burring hardware with critical tolerances and ensuring quality in accordance with various documentation. The role supports manufacturing schedules and requires maintaining an organized work area while executing special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• De-burr hardware with critical and close dimensional tolerance and surface finish according to blueprint requirements.
• Verify drawings, MOT’s, and routings to ensure compliance with good de-burring practices.
• Prepare production records for manufactured parts as required.
• Identify and process parts to meet manufacturing schedules under the direction of the lead person.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained for efficient production.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Execute special projects as needed.
