Join a leading company as a Master Mechanic, where you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, ensuring quality and safety in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on all company-owned equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to appropriate specifications.
• Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform repairs on all equipment.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble Heavy Truck and Trailer components.
• Assist shop personnel to create a cohesive and well-rounded shop environment.
• Perform tire maintenance including repairs and failure analysis.
• Test drive equipment if certified.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide daily oversight to assigned mechanics to ensure productivity and quality goals.
• Guide mechanics related to diagnostics and repair processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years' related experience and/or training required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Driver's license required.
• Demonstrated superior customer service skills.
• Ability to read and understand repair manuals.
• Ability to use and learn various diagnostic software.
• Excellent computer skills.
