Overview

RoofingSource is a family-owned nationwide commercial roofing company that values its employees and aims to create a supportive work environment. They are seeking a Service Foreman with commercial roofing experience to join their team and help maintain excellence in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain low-sloped roof systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, EPDM).
• Operate tools and equipment including Leister welder, hot air gun, and propane torch.
• Follow job specs, warranties, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create client reports via tablet and use technology for communication/receipts.
• Support team with communication, training, and directing crew members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience preferred.
• Prior roofing or related trade experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
• Ability to operate handheld technology such as tablets and/or smartphones.
