Responsibilities

• Attention to detail for parts and measurements.
• Correctly enter data taken during measurements and tests into a database.
• Read and interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Use small hand tools with acceptable results.
• Solder and apply solder paste in accordance with J-610 standards.
• Solder and tin wires and use a Volt-Ohm Meter.
• Mix and apply materials and coatings.
• Use and monitor curing ovens.
• Select and use taps and dies correctly.
• Mate water connections and fittings to prevent leaks.
• Assemble mechanical assemblies according to documentation.
• Perform audits of materials issued to jobs.
• Create labels for assemblies as per drawings or specifications.
• Understand and comply with the Non-Conformance process after training.
• Build cable and harness assemblies according to drawings.

Requirements

• Experience in assembly and manufacturing processes.
• Computer literacy and comfort using MS Office products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Proficiency with small hand tools.
• Knowledge of soldering techniques and standards.
• Ability to mix and apply materials correctly.
