The Fabricator – Automobile role involves fabricating, modifying, and assembling automotive components while working on creative projects, including a supercar and architectural art installations.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify, and assemble automotive components using techniques such as cutting, welding, grinding, and fitting.
• Interpret technical drawings, measurements, and specifications to build or adapt parts, brackets, frames, and structural elements for vehicles.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver durable, well-engineered products.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and automotive schematics.
• Proficiency in metal fabrication techniques such as cutting, welding, grinding, bending, and fitting components.
• Experience using shop tools and equipment, including welders, grinders, saws, drills, and measuring instruments.
• Prior experience in automotive fabrication, bodywork, custom builds, or related trades is highly beneficial.
• Relevant vocational training, apprenticeship, or certification in welding, metal fabrication, or automotive technology is preferred.
