Join our dynamic team in Chippewa Falls as a Welder! We are looking for skilled individuals who are passionate about their craft and eager to contribute to our innovative projects. In this role, you will work with various materials and techniques to create high-quality welds that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and spot welding techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in welding preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle welding equipment and materials.

Additional Information

• 2nd shift hours are 3:30 pm - 2:00 am Monday - Thursday
