Overview

We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform complex tasks associated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry in support of property management activities. Responsibilities

  • Perform complex tasks associated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry.
  • Plan and coordinate work activities related to property management.
  • Assist Site Foreman in property management activities and provide direction to other craft personnel.
  • Complete plant maintenance documents, maintain tools and equipment, and perform various clean-up activities.
  • Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures.
  • Familiarity with JSA’s PTW is an asset.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years experience in trade.
  • Journeyman or equivalent license required in specific field work.
