Responsibilities

• Cut, shape, and assemble countertops from materials according to specifications and shop drawings.
• Measure and mark materials for accuracy.
• Operate saws and hand tools safely.
• Perform edge treatments and finishing work.
• Inspect completed pieces for quality and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Prepare finished countertops for delivery or installation.

Requirements

• Experience with countertop fabrication or related millwork.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and templates.
• Proficiency with shop tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in cabinetry, carpentry, or fabrication environments preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining an organized work area.
