Overview

We are a rapidly growing aerospace manufacturer seeking a CMM Operator to operate 2 Hexagon Metrology CMM's for high-precision, complex parts. While PC-DMIS programming experience is not required, a basic understanding of PC-DMIS routines using CAD models and Model-Based Definition (MBD) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate 2 Hexagon Metrology CMM's with 2026 version of PC-DMIS.
• Learn and execute AS9102 First Article using Net-Inspect.
• Assist in creating AS9102 1st Article Inspection reports.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated CMM operating experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Basic proficiency in PC-DMIS.
• Understanding of ASME Y14.5 & Y14.1 GD&T.
• Flawless mastery of complex aerospace engineering drawings, specifications, and digital product definitions.
• Proven experience inspecting diverse aerospace materials, including titanium, Inconel, and aluminum.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
