The Engineering Technician at Amphenol Borisch Technologies provides technical support to the Engineering team during manufacturing processes in Mesa, AZ. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all production equipment.
• Provide technical support in troubleshooting, debugging, and repairing machines.
• Problem solve and implement solutions for production and design issues.
• Assist with engineering efforts to launch new products into production.
• Participate in the development and revision of SOPs and work instructions.
• Assist with process and documentation changes due to engineering changes.
• Work with Production Management and Quality Assurance to resolve issues.
• Use troubleshooting skills to resolve process, product quality, and safety issues.
• Perform all duties with a dedication to safety and environmental stewardship.
• Support training and development of operations team members.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years related technical manufacturing experience or minimum 2 year Engineering degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be team oriented and willing to break down barriers.
