Overview

CS Truck & Trailer Repair is seeking a Trailer Shop Technician to join their mechanically savvy team. The company is a full-service facility specializing in medium and heavy-duty truck and trailer repairs, focused on community service and employee success.

Responsibilities

• Perform accident repairs on dry van and reefer trucks and trailers, including rails, panels, roofs, posts, doors, floors, welding/fabrication, and lift gate repairs.
• Conduct DOT and preventative inspections and repairs on box and flatbed trailers, including complete preventive maintenance services.
• Replace airlines, repair/replace brakes and brake chambers, and suspension bushings.
• Repair lights and wiring, welding, cutting, and other repairs.
• Work overtime as required.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of accident repairs, electrical systems, hydraulics, braking systems, suspension, doors, and sub-frames.
• Must have tools and reliable transportation.
• Experience in housing/building construction is a plus.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Must possess 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar capacity.
• Resilient work ethic and commitment to extra hours when needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Additional Information
