Overview

North American Pipeline Management, Inc. (NAPM), an Azuria Water Solutions Company, is looking for an experienced Laborer to assist in the rehabilitation and repair of pipeline systems, providing cost-effective solutions to address issues caused by aging pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with supervisors and peers in the rehabilitation and repair of sewer and storm water lines.
• Direct operators of construction equipment with alignment, movement, and adjustment of machinery.
• Drive various vehicles to haul crews and equipment to work sites.
• Assist in initial setup and cleanup of job sites, including lifting and carrying items over 50 lbs.
• Review entry and work permits and assist in reviewing pre and post installation videos.
• Enter manholes and confined spaces to cut lines for installation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class A, B CDL or permit required; Hazmat or other endorsements preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in an outdoor construction environment, preferably with CIPP or water or sewer utilities.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends based on business needs.
• Ability to travel overnight, locally and regionally, as work assignments dictate.
• Less than 2 preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last 36 months.
• Must pass a drug test and criminal history background check.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Additional Information

• 70% overnight travel is required.
