The Service Welder III - Heavy Equipment position at Ring Power Corporation involves conducting welding work safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities

• Conduct all assigned work safely, following safety and environmental policies.
• Maintain a minimum set of tools for disassembling and assembling machine components.
• Attend and complete required technician training classes.
• Prepare parts for welding and perform necessary welding repairs.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area while seeking improvements.
• Research repair needs, order parts, and document repairs using appropriate software.
• Support team efforts by completing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality.
• Assist in maintaining facility appearance and shop conditions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months or less of experience.
• Ability to comprehend written material and communicate effectively.
• Completion of required training curriculum for Service Welder III designation.
• Thorough knowledge of safety requirements for welding and cutting.
• Post High School trade school is desired.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant Dealer software.
• 3g and 4G SMAW & FCAW certifications are highly desired.

Additional Information

• Work is typically performed during regular business hours with occasional requirements to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Job has no supervisory responsibility and may involve working independently or as part of a team.
