Responsibilities

• Inspect structures related to gas line construction/testing to ensure customer specifications are met.
• Perform visual welding inspections of contractor’s work.
• Inspect pipe installations and manage radiographic documents, weld numbers, and assigned welder ID numbers.
• Coordinate and inspect contractor's work for job quality and compliance with specifications, building codes, and regulations.
• Conduct inspections that may be general or specific to areas such as Gas Pipe systems, Trenching, and/or Shoring.

Requirements

• API 1169 certification.
• AWS CWI certification.
• 3 ½ years of experience.
• Union Member IBEW 1245.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a high energy level for a dynamic, fast-paced workload.
• Excellent organizational skills.
