Overview

Stryten Energy operates a growing battery manufacturing factory and produces batteries, services, and solutions for the Motive and Network Power industries. The TPS Fabricator plays a crucial role in assisting Team Leaders and Supervisors with rapid improvements and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Design and/or fabricate items brought about through TPS/Kaizen events.
• Perform a variety of welding, fabrication, machining, plumbing, and carpentry functions.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
• Participate in various TPS/Kaizen events.
• Handle scrap materials and disposable protective clothing containing lead.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Requires high level welding skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Creative ability to fabricate from general descriptions.
• Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, MS Office suite).
