Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production tables.
• Perform banding and material handling.
• Ensure accurate measurements, counts, and labeling of finished products.
• Monitor product quality and dimensions against specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and report issues to the production lead or supervisor.
• Coordinate with machine operators, forklift drivers, and other team members to maintain workflow.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Participate in training and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Skills in production planning and basic production management.
• Strong communication skills to interact with supervisors and team members.
• Quality control skills, including visual inspection and measurement verification.
• Ability to learn new procedures and help train peers.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication is beneficial.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and basic math skills.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and follow safety guidelines.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
