Overview

JRCRUZ Corp. is dedicated to building and maintaining critical urban infrastructure in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The CIPP Lining role focuses on the installation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of pipelines using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites for CIPP lining operations.
• Set up and operate lining and curing equipment.
• Assist with pipe cleaning and inspection.
• Mix and handle resins for the lining process.
• Monitor lining processes to ensure proper installation.
• Interpret work plans and follow safety procedures.
• Work closely with crew members and supervisors.
• Document work performed and maintain tools and equipment.
• Adhere to environmental and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with pipeline rehabilitation, CIPP lining, or related utility and civil construction work.
• Ability to operate specialized equipment such as CCTV inspection units and curing systems.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices, including PPE use and confined space procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, work plans, and basic drawings.
• Comfort with physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• Prior experience in underground utilities, sewer or water main work, or industrial maintenance is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or trade training in construction or utilities is a plus.

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
