Overview

This is a first shift Line Assembler position at a growing industrial pump manufacturer in Doylestown, PA, offering stability and opportunities for career growth in a union-backed environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble composite pump components according to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prepare molds for production including cleaning and applying release agents.
• Load and position fiberglass and composite materials into molds.
• Perform post-processing and finishing work including sanding, grinding, and burr removal.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished components.
• Operate hand and power tools with precision.

Requirements

• Experience as an assembler or in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Experience working with plastic, resin, fiberglass, composite materials, or metal.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Looking for stable, long-term employment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
• Full-Time position.
• Overtime available.
• Flexible start times available (6:30 AM or 7:30 AM options).
