Overview

Kinsley Construction is a full-service construction company operating throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region, seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Welder/Fabricator for their industrial fabrication team in York, PA. The company emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in all projects.

Responsibilities

• Layout, fit up, assemble and fabricate using engineered drawings.
• Weld structural and plate steel parts as specified per drawing and marked up weld symbols.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Obtain and maintain the required welding certification(s).
• Assure the structural components are welded correctly with visual inspection.
• Safely operate overhead cranes, air arc, grinder and magnetic drill and any other required tools of the trade.
• Communicate up and down the line to ensure quality and completeness.
• Assure work is completed in a safe manner while following all required safety policies.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Prior experience of operating Overhead Cranes is preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of welding experience is required.
• Welding certification in D1.1 2G/3G is required.
• Must be flexible to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
• Must have strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to read and understand drawings and instructions.
