Overview

Austin Industrial is a leading provider of self-perform maintenance, construction, and soft craft services to industrial companies across the U.S. The Pipefitter Foreman position involves supervising and coordinating workers in various construction projects related to pipe systems and ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate skilled and unskilled workers on construction projects.
• Manage onsite equipment fleet and logistics planning.
• Recruit hourly trade personnel and execute 'Look Ahead' schedules.
• Monitor daily labor costs and production rates for accuracy.
• Provide detailed construction plans and manage scheduling of inspections.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with established tolerances.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety regulations.
• Maintain equipment and conduct preventive maintenance training.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial and supervisory experience preferred.
• NCCER certification, valid TWIC card, and driver's license required.
• No minimum education requirements specified.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
