The company is seeking a Compressor Rebuild Mechanic III to join their team in Pasadena, TX, offering a strong culture and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and repair compressors without supervision, including tear down, inspection, assembly, machining, and parts cleaning.
• Identify and resolve basic to intermediate issues with minimal supervisory support.
• Coach and provide expertise to resolve issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Execute simple tests of compressors without supervision.
• Provide technical support to customers and service personnel.
• Perform all work according to customer requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school or technical school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience with refrigeration compressors (screw and/or piston/reciprocal).
• Mechanical and/or machining experience preferred.
