Responsibilities

• Erect, alter, disassemble, move, repair and inspect scaffolds.
• Review blueprints or specifications to determine work requirements.
• Complete assigned scaffold tasks with quality workmanship.
• Operate a variety of power/manual tools and equipment used in scaffold carpentry.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Perform all job duties and associated work functions in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Perform heavy physical labor.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
• Demonstrate knowledge of carpentry and construction techniques and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside.
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
