Overview

Perma-Seal is seeking motivated Installers who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy team collaboration. As an Installer, you will install waterproofing and foundation repair solutions, playing a crucial role in protecting homeowners while building a career with a company that values its employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials for daily job sites.
• Work with your crew to complete installations safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
• Install waterproofing, foundation repair, and concrete solutions.
• Safely operate company vehicles when required.
• Follow OSHA and Perma-Seal safety standards on every job.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Perma-Seal professionally.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and participate in ongoing training.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of construction or heavy labor experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs. when required).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, physical examination, background check, and drug screening.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
