Overview

Horsepower Automotive Group (HPAG) is a leader in the automotive aftermarket industry, offering a collaborative environment where individuals can contribute their ideas and experiences. As a Robotic Welding Technician, you will craft innovative off-road truck parts in a fully air-conditioned facility.

Responsibilities

  • Experience programming, fine tuning, and managing robotic welders.
  • Responsible for Robot Welder Up Time, track daily production build counts and flow.
  • Weld a variety of steel structures per CAD print requirements.
  • Build complete assemblies from start to finish including grinding and finishing.
  • Read and understand product schematics and verify dimensions.
  • Use a variety of manufacturing tools per job specifications.
  • Ensure quality control standards are met on every build.
  • Adhere to all safety standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Minimum 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience.
  • Minimum 1+ year working on a robotic welder.
  • Preferably experience with OTC Robotic Welders.

Additional Information

  • Hourly rate based on experience with weekly pay.
  • Monday- Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
  • All tools and equipment provided.
