Overview

InProduction is the leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry, offering services such as design, fabrication, delivery, installation, and tear down. The role involves the installation and removal of Mezzanine and Tent structures, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove Mezzanine and Tent structures.
• Construct, install, and remove various styles of stages, floors, and tent structures.
• Ensure full client satisfaction with service quality and finished products.
• Follow appropriate safety measures and use safety equipment.
• Carry, load, and unload materials from truck to installation location.
• Interact respectfully with multi-lingual team members, leaders, and clients.
• Uphold company safety standards.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and materials.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Frequent travel in the US is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certificates from trade school and apprenticeships are preferred.
• 2 years of tent and mezzanine structure installation experience is preferred.
• Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger, or Velderman products is preferred.
• Valid United States driver's license is preferred.
• Basic construction skills, carpentry, scaffolding, rigging, and flatbed loading are essential.
• Forklift, boom lift, and scissor lift licenses are a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of 40-70 hours a week, including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift and carry 75 pounds.
