Overview

CAM Glass & Mirror is a specialty contractor providing a wide range of architectural commercial glass solutions. The Installer role is a full-time, on-site position responsible for measuring, handling, and installing glass, mirrors, doors, and related hardware at commercial job sites in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

Responsibilities

• Measure, handle, and install glass, mirrors, doors, and related hardware at commercial job sites.
• Read and interpret work orders and drawings.
• Prepare materials and tools for installation.
• Safely transport and position glass.
• Ensure accurate and secure installation.
• Work with hand and power tools.
• Seal and finish installations.
• Clean work areas.
• Communicate with project managers and customers to resolve on-site issues.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to project timelines.

Requirements

• Experience with glass, mirror, window, and door installation.
• Proficiency using hand and power tools.
• Basic carpentry or construction skills.
• Ability to read tape measures and simple drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safe work practices.
• Ability to work on ladders and lifts.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
• Reliable transportation to job sites within the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in glazing, construction, or a related trade is preferred.

Additional Information

• Full-time position with occasional overtime as needed.
