Join the Duro-Last team, a brand of Amrize Building Envelope and the world’s largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated commercial roofing solutions. We are seeking a Production Associate - Metals to manufacture high quality products and fulfill customers’ needs at our Dallas, Texas location.

Responsibilities

• Make high quality products, free of defects, to fulfill customers’ needs and expectations
• Learn all the basic level tasks including how to operate production equipment and learn manufacturing procedures
• Accurately complete all required production paperwork
• Attend and participate in scheduled Company meetings including all plant, production, and safety meetings
• Keep work area clean and neat to ensure there are no safety hazards and that the area is presentable for guests
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired
• Previous experience in metal fabrication is a plus
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to work in a team and have initiative to get the job done
• Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen, physical, and background check
• Able to bend, push, carry, lift up to 50 pounds
• Available to work up to a 12-hour shift and weekends when necessary
• Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

• Full-time, hourly based position
• Shift is M-F 6am-2:30pm
