Overview
The Warehouse Line Leader position involves performing moderately complex tasks related to the manufacture, assembly, repair, or modification of products. The role requires judgment in problem-solving and operates under general supervision, with responsibilities including training new employees and communicating with team members.
Responsibilities
- Perform hand soldering and manual assembly.
- Set up, operate, and maintain custom and standard assembly equipment.
- Inspect products using various inspection procedures.
- Use diagnostic programs for electronic product testing.
- Troubleshoot and communicate issues related to defects.
- Demonstrate work methods to new employees.
Requirements
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma and additional courses after high school, or equivalent.
- Specific certifications as defined by site operations.
- General knowledge of product process flow and quality specifications.
- Ability to recognize and communicate problems in the operation process.
- Knowledge of electrical, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems.
