Overview

The Plant Production Laborer position at Arcosa Crushed Concrete involves performing various manual labor tasks to ensure safe and efficient operations within the plant. Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety policies and TCEQ environmental/OSHA safety regulations.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of the plant and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Perform manual labor tasks to operate equipment for crushing concrete and removing debris.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance throughout the plant.
• Assist with various tasks including cleaning and monitoring dust levels.
• Willingness to cross-train and perform other jobs as needed.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• Some experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age.
