Overview

SPAR is expanding its overnight construction team and is seeking dependable laborers willing to travel extensively. The role involves overnight shifts and working in home improvement retail stores to assemble and handle heavy steel and pallet racking.

Responsibilities

• Assemble pallet racking, cantilever racking, and shelving.
• Anchor assembled products according to specifications.
• Operate a scissor lift during assembly as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and obstruction-free work area.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management when not installing.
• Travel to job sites requiring overnight stays.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle for regional travel and a valid driver’s license (required).
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed (required).
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
• Experience using hand and power tools required.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift or move objects weighing 50 lbs. or more required.
