L3Harris is dedicated to recruiting and developing high-performing talent who are passionate about their work. The Assembler C is responsible for performing a wide range of electronic and electro-mechanical assembly tasks, ensuring quality and precision in their work.

Responsibilities

• Follow established methods and sequences to perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and mechanical assembly.
• Perform equipment setups and adjustments, ensuring all work meets blueprint and tolerance requirements.
• Perform soldering and mechanical assembly tasks with precision.
• Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, and cable harnesses.
• Follow technical specifications, engineering drawings, and process instructions.

Requirements

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong fine-pitch soldering skills.

• Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days and have every other Friday off.
