Overview

As a Precision MIG/TIG Fabricator-Welder, you will shape metal and build with precision by interpreting blueprints and work orders, preparing materials, and executing welds with various processes. Your role involves ensuring quality and safety while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities

• Use MIG, TIG, and flux-core processes on various metals to fabricate parts and assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to plan and execute jobs
• Measure, cut, and assemble metal components with accuracy
• Set up and operate welding machines and common fabrication tools
• Inspect welds to confirm quality, fit, and structural integrity
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe production work area
• Follow company safety practices and production guidelines

Requirements

• Prior welding/fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read prints and take precise measurements
• Hands-on experience with standard fabrication tools and welding equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfort lifting materials and working in a manufacturing environment
