Overview

We are looking for a dependable Welder with fabrication experience to join our team at ECA Gate & Lock, a small, fast-growing company specializing in high-quality gate and lock systems. This position involves welding, metal fabrication, equipment repair, and working on custom projects, requiring someone who takes pride in quality work and can solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret measurements, drawings, and work orders
• Weld and fabricate steel, aluminum, and other metal components
• Cut, grind, fit, and assemble materials
• Repair gates and metal structures as needed
• Operate fabrication tools and welding equipment safely
• Troubleshoot issues and complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Practice LEAN in the workplace

Requirements

• Must have welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with MIG welding required; TIG and Stick welding a plus
• Ability to use fabrication tools and power equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work outdoors when needed
• Able to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions
• Good attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
