We are currently seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join a growing team focused on quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Fabricate steel components from blueprints and work orders
• Interpret welding symbols and determine proper fabrication methods
• Repair and evaluate racking systems
• Operate MIG welders, grinders, saws, lathes, press brakes, and related equipment
• Maintain production timelines while ensuring top-quality work
• Assist and support fellow welders when needed
• Troubleshoot fabrication issues and help improve workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• 3+ years of welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Willingness to learn machining skills and grow within the role
