Overview

We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with a passion for craftsmanship to join our client’s production team in Neenah, Wisconsin. This role involves working on high-spec projects that require precision and attention to detail in welding various materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
• Interpret technical drawings and weld symbols to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Clean and prep surfaces; grind and polish finished welds to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Inspect welds for cracks, beads, or defects using standard gauges and visual checks.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to troubleshoot fit-up issues and optimize production flow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment.
• Ability to pass a hands-on weld test in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on clean, blue-ribbon welds.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced production facility.
