Overview

The Maintenance Mechanic 3 is responsible for maintaining the organization's production equipment and performing troubleshooting and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems. This role includes training and mentoring employees to enhance team performance and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization's production equipment.
• Perform electrical and/or mechanical troubleshooting and repairs in response to equipment errors or failures.
• Repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment according to diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments for repairs.
• Repair or reproduce parts using welders or machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and drill presses.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees on company policies and best practices.
