Overview

The Junior Metallurgist will assist the Mill Manager in managing quality assurance and control for the assay lab and mill operations, monitoring production processes, and providing technical assistance to the team.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality assurance/quality control for the assay lab and mill operations.
• Monitor the process in the mill to maintain or increase production.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in the production process.
• Provide technical assistance to operators, millwrights, and lab technicians.
• Run tests on new ore bodies.
