As a Lead Robot Welder on our day shift, you will guide and support the workforce in all welding operations, ensuring process consistency and relevancy while developing new processes.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support the workforce in all welding operations.
• Maintain the relevancy of current processes.
• Develop new processes to ensure consistency throughout the area.
• Ensure that all processes are followed.
• Attend required meetings.
• Communicate with other leads and work with management.
