The Weld Trainer will develop, deliver, and maintain training for new and existing welders, supporting safe and efficient welding operations through comprehensive training on various welding processes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for new and existing welders.
• Deliver training on welding processes and equipment setup.
• Teach blueprint interpretation and quality expectations.
• Instruct on standard work and safety procedures.
• Serve as a technical resource and mentor to welding personnel.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.
