We are seeking a detail-oriented Fabricator to join our team in Hanford, CA for a short-term project. If you have hands-on experience wiring, soldering, and working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities • Assemble and fabricate electrical components according to specifications and schematics.

• Perform precision soldering (thru-hole or surface mount) and wiring tasks.

• Inspect finished components to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

• Use hand tools, wire strippers, and testing equipment effectively.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements • Experience: Proven experience with wiring and soldering is required.

• Skills: strong manual dexterity, high attention to detail, and ability to read basic technical diagrams or assembly instructions.

• Schedule: Must be reliable and available to work 1st shift hours consistently.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and comfortably perform fine-motor assembly tasks.

Responsibilities

Metal Fabrication: Cut, bend, shear, and weld stainless steel and other metals to build dairy parlor equipment and structural frameworks. 1Blueprint Reading: Interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics to ensure exact dimensions and operational fit Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain shop fabrication machinery, including bandsaws, press brakes, and grinders. [ Quality Assurance: Verify parts and weldments using calipers, tape measures, and specialized gauges. Team Collaboration: Work alongside engineers and technicians to troubleshoot designs and ensure the final product supports 24/7 continuous dairy operations.

The essential functions of this role include:
