Position Title: TIG Welder Wage: $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Shift: 2nd Hours: 03:00 pm - 01:00 am Monday - Thursday Turn your welding skills into a rewarding career! We're seeking experienced TIG Welders who thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment and enjoy working with stainless steel, complex assemblies, and high-quality custom components. TIG Welder Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to accurately assemble and weld flexible exhaust components. - Perform TIG welding on carbon steel and stainless-steel tubing, pipe, corrugated tubing, and braided hose assemblies. - Complete high-quality butt joint welds, root and cover passes, full-penetration welds, airtight and watertight welds, and purge welds. - Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. - Operate pneumatic tools, hand tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. - Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements. Requirements for TIG Welder: - High School Diploma, GED, or HSED required. - 1–5 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment preferred. - Ability to successfully pass a welding test. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. - Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges. - Ability to safely operate pneumatic and general hand tools. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality welds. - Ability to perform repetitive hand and eye coordination tasks throughout the shift. - Ability to stand and work on your feet for up to 8 hours per day. - Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
