Overview

Uni-Form Components Corp. (UCC) is seeking a skilled Certified Welder to join our production team. The Certified Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding in accordance with Company procedures, customer specifications, and applicable welding codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural and production welding using approved welding procedures
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications
• Perform grinding, fitting, and finishing as required
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
• Work closely with supervisors, Quality, and other production departments to meet production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current welding certification or the ability to successfully pass the Company's weld qualification test
• Experience with MIG and Flux-Core welding preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Knowledge of measuring tools and fabrication equipment
• Strong attention to quality and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
